Fort Greene Orchestra (“FGO,” “we,” “us”) is operated by Daniel Zinn Music LLC. By using our website, buying tickets, or contacting our box office, you agree to these terms. Please read them together with our Privacy Policy.
Tickets and pricing
Ticket prices, seating options, and the policies that apply to each concert are shown on the event page and at checkout on www.fortgreene.live and our ticketing platform. The details shown when you buy apply to your purchase. If a concert is changed or cancelled, we will contact you using the details on your order.
Contacting the box office; automated assistant
Our box office may use an automated assistant to answer common questions and help with routine ticket requests by email or text. Requests that need a person, including refund requests, are handled by box-office staff. To reach a person at any time, email fgoboxoffice@gmail.com or call (718) 673-9719.
Text messaging program
- Program: Fort Greene Orchestra Box Office texts — replies to your ticket and service questions and, if you opt in, reminders and updates about concerts or appointments.
- Opting in: You opt in by texting the box office at (718) 673-9719 yourself, or by affirmatively agreeing to receive texts when we ask. Consent is voluntary and is not a condition of purchasing tickets or any other service. A ticket purchase does not sign you up for marketing texts.
- Frequency and costs: Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
- Opting out and help: Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts. Reply HELP or email fgoboxoffice@gmail.com for help.
- Carriers: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Privacy: We do not share mobile numbers or SMS consent with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes. See the Privacy Policy.
Our text messaging is awaiting carrier registration and is not yet active.
Using our website
Please use our website and services lawfully and do not interfere with them or attempt to misuse tickets, accounts, or the box-office channels. Concert content, programs and photographs are owned by Fort Greene Orchestra or its licensors and may not be reused without permission.
Limits
Our services are provided as available. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of our website or messaging. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under applicable law.
Changes
We may update these terms and will post the new effective date here.
